ABOUT ME
HENRIKE WOLF
Psychiatry was my dream subject early on and became my profession and vocation. Having grown up in a small village in the German state of Saxony-Anhalt, I studied medicine in Halle and Dublin (1989-1996) and became a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy (2001). As a clinician and scientist, I have been around "a bit" in the vastness of the world and the depths of life before settling at lake Sils in 2015. After more than twenty "years of wandering and learning“ in academic institutions in four countries, and after five years of local experience as consultant in the cantonal psychiatric services (PDGR), another dream became true for me in 2021: working in my own practice in Sils-Maria.
Thereby it is obvious for me to use the unique beauty and power of the nature of the Engadin for my therapeutic work, not only indoors but also outdoors.

HENRIKE WOLF
I have been a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy since 2001 and have extensive and long-term professional experience in psychiatric clinics in Germany and Switzerland. Through my work in the inpatient, outpatient and consultation psychiatric areas, I am familiar with the entire spectrum of psychiatry. Clinically and scientifically, an important focus for me for many years has been geriatric psychiatry, especially dementia and depression in old age. I am broadly trained in psychotherapy, both in the field of depth psychological therapy methods and in cognitive behavioral therapy and client-centered psychotherapy. I completed my self-awareness in depth psychological group therapy. I have trained in systemic psychotherapy, geriatric psychotherapy, dialectical behavioral psychotherapy (DBT), logosynthesis and Balint work.
